represented by the partners Antonia Sieve and Izabella Haldzinska (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “format:”).
Any terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy” button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is only concluded once we expressly confirm the order in writing (order confirmation) or upon dispatch of the goods.
Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed are final prices. As a small business under § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not display it (“No VAT charged in accordance with § 19 UStG”).
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will be charged. The exact shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop (e.g., PayPal, credit card, Klarna, direct transfer, prepayment).
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated in the online shop, delivery time within Germany is approximately 3–7 working days. International deliveries may take longer.
If a product is not available at the time of order, we reserve the right not to deliver it. In this case, customers will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded without delay.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following withdrawal policy.
Withdrawal Policy:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), take(s) possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (format:, Stralauer Allee 17E, 10245 Berlin, Germany, email: [please insert]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., letter or email).
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (e.g., customized or personalized jewelry).
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
We do not assume liability for damages caused by improper use or handling of the goods.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
Any further liability is excluded.
